Divisions
ADZMAR
ADC’s Automated Delivery Zone Mapping and Routing (ADZMAR) Division is devoted to managing the projects stemming from our contracts with telephone book distributing firms. Project sizes in the ADZMAR Division range from 1,100 to over 4 million records.
Over 100 million telephone books are accurately and efficiently distributed each year to homes and businesses throughout the United States and Canada from the routes created by the ADZMAR team at ADC.
Elite EXTRA
In 2008, an ADC client requested a new product to streamline the routing and delivery of automobile parts. The success of the resulting product - Elite EXTRA - led to the creation of a new division by the same name within ADC.
Team members in this division work with prospective and current clients to implement and manage EXTRA. The team also plans and implements new features for EXTRA as new technology becomes available, ensuring that it is one of the most technologically advanced and robust tools on the market.
GIS Technology
ADC was founded as a Geographic Information Systems consulting firm, and while technology has shifted from desktop analysis to web applications, GIS is still at the heart of every project we take on. Our GIS Technology division is composed of very talented individuals with extensive spatial analysis skills. The team also works closely with ADC’s Software Development Division in developing web mapping services for our clients.
GIS Consultants
ADC’s GIS Consultant team is comprised of several individuals whose core training and experience is in GIS and geospatial technology. The team works with the other ADC divisions as necessary to implement the best solution for each project they take on. Actively learning and participating in new technology is a priority at ADC and our GIS consultants are leading examples of this. Their positions require them to remain current with the latest geospatial technologies, allowing them to develop modern spatial solutions to streamline business work flows, enhance marketing efforts, and to increase revenue for our clients.
Software Development
Many of the products and services offered by ADC require custom software development. ADC’s software engineers are extremely talented in new software development and are continually learning new techniques as technology advances. In order to provide the greatest compatibility, portability, and maintainability, our development department adheres to industry standards defined by the W3C, OGC, and IEEE.
Web Administration
The Web Administration Division manages the day-to-day operations of all on-going web-related projects. These include web mapping services, document retrieval services, as well as general website development and implementation. The web administration is a vital component to most of the projects completed by ADC as nearly all technology today is tied to the web in some way, shape or form.
