Jim Ward

Jim is the co-founder and current President of ADC. An Upper Michigan native, Jim received his Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Computer Science from the University of Wis. -- Eau Claire and his Master’s in Geography from the University of Neb. – Omaha. He co-founded ADC in 1996 and is the constant motivator and mentor to the ADC team. When he isn’t coaching his son’s or daughter’s sports teams, you can generally find him on the water somewhere with his family boating, skiing, grilling and tubing.
